hi there I brought a JBL party box and would like to know is there an app to download on my iPhone to control the settings of the JBL PartyBox 1000

I am trying to find a JBL One thousand party box app so I can use the settings functions as in volume control things like that if anyone can help assist me

Unable to mute advertisements in apps I have apps that allow for muting of sound, but when an advertisement pops up the mute setting is ignored. Some advertisements have a volume button but more and more they do not. I can be in an app listening to a book or music, but when the advertisement pops up the book stops and I get 90 seconds of annoying noise or royal match interviews. It is so frustrating. Android has volume controls in the settings. If you don’t want to have an app have access to your speakers then you can set it up that way. That solves the problem. Why is it that Apple can’t simply put a speaker access on/off button in the apps settings menu? You can deny access to photos from an app, you can set up notification preferences! If the advertisement folks want to shove down minutes of annoying sounds as you try and listen to some music while you playing a game then we should be able to shut it off without having to mute the whole phone. If android can do it so can you Apple!

Check the user guide or other documentation for the device to find out whether such an app exists and what it is called. You may need to go to the JBL website. If such an app exists and is available in your country, it will be in the App Store.
