I cannot find where I can add a passcode to my iPhone SE.
Is it possible to add one?

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change Account Changes to Allow.
I don't have Touch ID anywhere in Settings. When I search for it this is what comes up - Idle Opacity
