cannot access name in settings

when i go into settings, I cannot tap my name next to my pic at top of screen. I cannot access apple id, iclou+, media and purchases

If it is a private iPhone, see -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

👉 Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.

If you have a MDM profile, you need to contact your company - IT department.
