Is it possible to use Time Machine to list files deleted after a given date

Files I've recently downloaded or saved on my MacMini, macOS13.5.1 do not show when I open my Mac. I assume they have been deleted as part of a backup to iCloud.

Is there a way to delete one file from past TimeMachine backups? I'm on OS 10.13.6. I have a external drive for TimeMachine. I want to delete one file from the TimeMachine backup of a few backups ago. (The file isn't on later backups.) I would delete the whole back done on that date but there are other writings I don't want to lose on that date's backup. Are the writings still on my main computer even though TimeMachine backed them up? If so, then I could delete the entire backup on that date and still have the files that were backed up on my main MacBook Pro.

Creation dates lost when copying folders I just copied some folders from one mac (27 inch Retina iMac, Mojave) to my MBP (M1, Ventura). Copying was via thunderbolt cable using the MBP in target mode. In the finder, the creation and modification dates are all the date and time of copying, not the original dates. This makes sorting and finding stuff really inconvenient. Is there a way to restore the creation and modification dates in these folders?

timemachine old backups I changed from an Intel iMac ti a Mac Mini M2. In the transfer I lost files. I know they are on Time Machine, but how do I find them? Thanks

Your Mac does not back up to iCloud. If you sync files, anything that you do on any connected device is reflected everywhere. If you delete a file in iCloud, it deletes on all synced devices.
