Retrieving accidentally deleted iPhone 'Note' text

I have accidentally deleted some of the text of a 'Note' on an iPhone and then added what I could remember. Shaking the iPhone will only undo the most recent 'edit'. Does anyone have any knowledge about how to go farther back in editing? The 'Notes' are back up in iCloud, but the delete has affected that as well. I have 'Time Machine' back-up for the MacBook Air, but that is for its own 'Notes', not the one on the iPhone. Anyone know?

Thank you!

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

If the Notes is saved without the text you accidentally deleted you can't retrieved.
