Sunset/Sunrise times on Watch with OS10 not working

The watch will not display sunset/sunrise times for my location. My location has been set on the iPhone. I have also told the iPhone to allow Apple watch faces to use my location.

The watch will tell me sunset/sunrise for Amsterdam, New Orleans, Honolulu, Sydney and Guam seemingly by default. When I try to add my city/location on the watch with the "+" sign in the complication it says "No Results Found".

In short, I have followed ALL suggestions/solutions that I can find here and elsewhere to no avail.

Hello jwyatt22,

For this issue, we would recommend taking the following steps for a solution:

On the iPhone go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services
Select Maps, Weather, or other app and toggle the app settings to Never and then back to original setting.
Test out the issue.
If unresolved, go to Settings > General > Reset > Transfer of Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy and enter in the passcode to reset.

If the issue continues to occur after these steps, please contact Apple Support: Get Support

They will take it from here.
