I have difficulty accessing my documents on my folder. Most especially my notes for school. They keep saying file doesn’t exist. It won’t even allow me to open them.

Post of a demonstration of what the file says. The file couldn’t be moved because it either doesn’t exist or the folder it is being moved to doesn’t exist.

Recovering Lost Notes:

If you have lost the notes, then here is what to try...

A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.

C. iCloud in Settings: Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

Restoring Notes…

  • Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPad

If so, restore your iPad from the backup. Note that the iPad backup version must be of the same version as what is installed; you cannot downgrade the iPadOS.

  • Open the Files App:

Using the Files app, search for it using that app. Use the search bar atop the screen, by entering the name of the file.

be sure you are reading that message very carefully.

it says one of TWO conditions caused the issue:

the SOURCE file could not be found. clearly that is not the case, I can see it in your screenshot -OR-

the destination folder can not be found. if copying to another device, if the connection got broken at any time, you may need to re-establish the connection.

To be sure, use Finder and open the destination folder in a NEW Finder window, and drag-and-drop between the TWO open windows.
