camera lenses problem

whenever i turn down 2.5 x zoom the object become blurry.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17

Hi!


Towards the bottom of your screen, there are options for "Photo" and "Portrait". You're currently using the Portrait option, which is designed for taking portraits of people. This option blurs the background of your portraits purposefully so they look nicer. Unless you're taking a picture of a person, using the portrait mode can cause your images to be blurry.


To fix your problem, select the Photo option instead of Portrait in the camera app.
