If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support. You will need to contact Apple Support -- that is the only way to resolve the issue.


Click on the blue "request activation..." below from this support article: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," request reactivation for help.
