Do contacts on my iPhone have to have the Botim app to receive calls and messages? I've tried to add a contact, using the plus + sign at the top right, but they don't have Botim and they are not appearing when I try to find their name in the search box? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

OK. Humble apologies. I saw this post about Botom App (which was very useful) so thought I'd give it a punt too.
Will certainly not do so again.
That is not an Apple product or service. If you have questions about it, I suggest you contact the app developer.
