Why do I have one router but 4 ip addresses are showing up on my phone?

I am concerned that I am not tech savvy enough to know how all the household device information is linked, but I’m pretty sure my husband is in charge of it all. Obviously everything is Apple password secure, but email/gmail, Microsoft teams, Google, iCloud and Chrome. I really don’t have much that requires privacy amongst my family, but I just don’t like feeling like information can be linked and sync’d all the time. My husband is IT smart and very controlling at times. Gets unsettling not to be able to know what is what. So, back to my initial question. Should I have 4 ip addresses for some reason with one router?
