Apple HomeKit requires compatible accessories, and an Apple home hub device. If your Apple home hub is also Matter compatible, then any HomeKit- or Matter-compatible accessories are supported. On Apple device home hubs, Matter support requires OS 16.1 or later.

Roku Indoor Camera SE appears to be for Roku Smart Home, but not Apple HomeKit (nor Matter).

You can still operate it through iPhone or iPad, separate from HomeKit, if you use their app.
