HomeKit Light Scenes running different colours

Philips Hue lights with existing scenes are engaging different colours on older devices.

iPhone 15 Pro, Apple Watch Ultra 1, iPad Pro 2021, Mac Studio M2 Max, MacBook Air M2 base all engage the scene + brightness + colours properly. All of my 4K Apple TV's (last year's model and the year before) and my HomePods engage the scene with different colours rendering them and their use obsolete.

Every single item is updated to the most recent OS, I've reset network settings and reconnected.

I have tried removing all of my scenes from HomeKit and allowing them to sync to iCloud for several days before attempting this again and the same issue persists.
