home automation error with Yale lock for person arrive

I get a vague, "Communication error with your Yale (August) Lock" when I run the person arrive home automation. This error leaves the lock on unlock mode.

I believe the issue only happens during the arrive home automation. I have not received a message of "Communication error" during person leaves automation. Yale goes into lock mode.

I can still lock Yale using the app. But I would like for the home automation to work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a resolution?
