HomeKit automation will not turn off Eve outdoor camera after motion stops.

My Eve Outdoor Camera will NOT turn off after 1 minute as set up on My HomeKit automation. I have been successful with Apple HomeKit before (after a lot of attempts). I use a successful Telstra router repeater station near the camera. I have tried re-booting the NBN (Australia) router, my wireless router, Apple Remote and iPhone all at the same time. I have deleted the automation, then re-created it. This has been a problem for weeks and I see there are plenty of problems out there generally with HomeKit being fragile, and with Eve cameras being stubborn. Yet I see you sell these cameras at your Apple Store. I thought Apple was supposed to be simple and reliable.
