OWC Aura Pro IV SSD doesn't mount on Mac Pro 2023

I purchased an OWC Aura Pro IV 4.0TB ssd and an Accelsior 1M2 that I installed in the latest M2 Mac Pro.

The drive doesn't mount. Actually it randomly mounted 2 times in total, and both times, it wouldn't mount again after rebooting the Mac Pro.

I went through all the troubleshooting steps I could think of:

• I tried the drive with 2 different Accelsior 1M2 cards, plus another PCIe adapter (glotrends).

• I moved the card to different PCIe x8 slots, single height, double height, and even the x16 slots.

• I tried on both Ventura and Sonoma OSs.

• I even tried on a second Mac Pro 2023, but the Aura Pro IV still wouldn’t mount.

Eventually, I swapped the Aura Pro IV with a Crucial P3 Plus, and the Crucial ssd was properly mounting in all combinations! That's how I figured the issue might've come from the Aura Pro IV.

I contacted OWC support team and they kindly sent me a replacement drive. I was hoping it would solve the problem but unfortunately it is exactly the same thing. Again, no matter which slot it is installed in, it doesn't mount.. Actually, somepoint it mounted 1 time only, but wouldn't mount again after rebooting the Mac.

While the Crucial drive constantly mounts all the time.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem with the M2 Mac Pro? is it a compatibility issue between OWC's drive and the latest Mac Pro? According to OWC support, it should work..

Thank you all for your feedbacks.
