my husband had installed and configured home automation under his Apple ID , he is the owner. Unfortunately he passed away. I’m admin, but, we have switches , garage door and many others outlets under home automation. I’m selling the house, how can I transfer the home automation under his id to new owner?
You cannot. The new owner would have to set up any and all devices themselves.
