Is there anyone using Parallels Desktop on Mac? Any tips?

I purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac with the understanding that it is possible to install a macOS Mojave virtual machine on my MacBook Pro 2021 with macOS Monterey, but I'm having trouble setting it up. Ideally, I want to be able to run my favorite 2007 32-bit accounting program on my new 64-bit mac. Resorting to hiring my Mac specialist, even he and his colleagues couldn’t install Mojave on a trial Mac. Has anyone successfully installed Mojave into the program Parallels Desktop?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.1
