Apple Watch hand gesture becomes too sensitive

I am using the Apple Watch SE 2023. I have set up using a Pinch to press the Crown button. However, sometimes I just raise my hand to check the time and the Pinch gesture executes itself while I'm not performing any gestures. I don't know if it's a product defect or if the sensor of the Apple Watch is too sensitive.
