kernel panic

anybody can help me with the crash log? Not sure what is going on, did a hardware diagnostic and hard disk check but everything seems ok.

have tried to reinstall macOS but it just doesn't work, the update will stop halfway and says "the operation couldn't be completed. (.com.apple.buildinfo.preflight.error error21.) or (PKDownloadError error 8.).

contacted apple support and they advised me to do a clean install of my Mac, but I don't wanna lose and reinstall everything again.

any help would be much appreciated!
