Apple Business Manager with Entra Issue
Hello, our company utilises Apple Business Manager in
conjunction with Entra, and it has been functioning smoothly. However, we've
encountered an issue when wiping a device and reconfiguring it for the same
user. Apple Business Manager displays the user's account status as 'Deactivated
account (This account will be deleted in 29 days).' Unfortunately, within ABM,
the option to reactivate the account is greyed out, leaving us unable to
restore access without deleting the account entirely. This process results in
the loss of all the user's data. Does anyone have any insights or solutions for
this? Thank you.
