Unable to connect to my WIFI on my Mac Pro

I just got 1 gig fiber. I can get regular service. But I can't configure to get Wi-Fi. When i go where you can click on Wi-Fi on the left column side. It show Wi-Fi with a red "dot." I click on the toggle on the same line. It show yellow "not connected. I click on details. It takes me to a screen that starts Configure IPv4 and ends with Router grey out. Anybody know what must be done to turn on Wi-Fi and kept my regular 1 gig setup service?

Where are you seeing this?

I would suggest you start with your internet service provider.
