Word App disappeared from MacPro version 16.8.3
My WORD app has disappeared fro my MacPro, It was version 16.83 (24031120)

Of course Word is not an Apple product. Perhaps you deleted it from your Dock which is only a pointer to the real app in your Applications folder. Check there first.
Finally if it is truly missing then you’ll need to redownload and install it from the App Store (if you originally got it from there) or from Microsoft’s website.
