Planet Fitness: Matrix: Equipment no longer accepts Connect to Apple Watch?

It started in March 2024, the day my cardio fitness part of Watch 6 went to zero cardio volume.

I am at Planet Fitness using their Matrix equipment. Both the electric powered and pedal powered equipment don’t accept Connect to Apple Watch.

I figured my watch went byebye and I have the Watch 9 as of May 2024. Connect to Apple Watch no matter how many seconds both Indoor Walk and Treadmill are running, the equipment doesn’t register.

it seems like that there is something wrong with the connection to your watch from the fitness equipement,.

Ask planet fitness if this is a known issue.

Apple screwed this up with their update. They need to fix it with another update.
