download geometry dash on mac with a .zip

If you are not willing to pay for a game, don't use it.

Readers here are not going to help you. Lots of senior contributors here have tried to make a living creating great software, only to have people steal it and never give them any compensation.

Well, if you use the link @Grant provided, you will find a link to the game developer's website (assuming this is the exact game you are asking about....it is usually best to provide a direct link when asking for support since most people will not be able to tell exactly what app you are asking about due to so many knock offs and similarly named apps these days):

That site only has links to download the game through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store if on Android. Seems the developer does not release the game in any other format. Contact the developer for support.

If you want to archive the game yourself, then just create your own .zip of it after you download it from the App Store.

Please help readers understand… why do you need the extra complexity of a zip file instead of the well-supported mac app store?
