Freeform lost boards

I have now lost my boards on freeform. Went to undo the icloud for freeform as it did not want to share any of my freeforms. Then saw that it would delete it and thought it will be fine as I have it on my Iphone and Macbook. Now everything is gone and do not know how to get it back. I did see the post from JmProjects on how to recover the data by going into the file of freeform, however have gotten stuck there. By going on this link: Freeform deleted my boards - Apple Community

Scrolling down JmProjects suggests on how to get there. Got all the way to the folder of freeform. Just need help from then on
