Will damage computer message pop up

MacBook Air - I get pop up messages, unable to trash. I read a tread here and got some screenshots, but don't know what to do next, please HELP. This a rarely used Macbook, and I'm not sure how this happened.

First startup in Safe Mode:

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support

The problem is in your last screenshot. Delete "com.readerupdate.plist"

I assume you have the apps Movie Searcher, Mind Over Marble, and BitLord2. If these are not being used then delete them as well. There is really no valid reason why these apps should be launching any files that run constantly on your computer. Mind Over Marble is usually downloaded from a third party app site that will have programs that contain Malware. Not sure about Movie Searcher. The BitTorrent program will download malware from the onion sites. To avoid getting this type of problem again, avoid those third party sites to download software.

Restart your computer again and you should good be to go.
