iphone 13 wont let me add a microsoft account to email in Mail app

Please help. I feel like Im going mad! I moved my microsoft account last week from via GoDaddy to direct with Microsoft for my work email and calendar. For some reason when trying to add my microsoft account to my iphone 13 it says it cant verify the information. But when it was going via GoDaddy it was fine.

Ive tried 'sign in' and the screen just blinks madly. Then Ive tried configure manually but it says unable to verify. I dont want to use Outlook on my phone as I want all of my emails (and also calendars) in the same places.

Any ideas what I can try? TIA
