How to identify and dispute unauthorized charges on my Apple Card?

I've been seeing ghost Uber charges on my Apple Mastercard with Goldman Sachs on and off for a few months. I have teens on my Family Share account and my husband is in my family, but no one knows what these charges have been when we research it. The last charge happened today, we are all home watching the Olympics and no one knows what it is. It's for $9.99. I checked my teens phones and they showed me everything (also I have Qustodio.com tracking everything they do), and so I decided to delete everything from my Apple Wallet and delete my Uber account.

I disputed the transaction for $9.99.
