How can I change or delete the subscriptions that are attached to my account here on the community?

When I log on I check my subscriptions because I still have a few unresolved issues. I have only recently started using subscriptions in the hopes of finding my the posts I entered. So until recently, I have not had any subscriptions. A few months ago, I added probably less than 5 or less subscriptions to my account. Now every time I log in, I see subscriptions to posts I don’t recognize ever having visited and read. In fact, it appears that there are at least 20 subscriptions listed that I have been to. How can I delete them? Because of these new subscriptions I started receiving 10-20 emails a day from this Community Forum when I changed my email settings in order to get a reminder that someone responded to my post. I had to turn off all emails and now I cannot find any of the posts that I entered on the forum in order to read the suggestions for the problems I needed help with. I can’t find a way to delete these bogus subscriptions as there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove them. Am I just missing something? If so, I would like to know. And please let me know how I can access my posts, including my responses to other posts and my own original posts. Thanks much.
