Short answer no. If it’s a known crypto exchange it might by blocked by Goldman or Mastercard or both using the merchant code. If the transaction does go through and you get caught, the transaction is a cash equivalent and against the terms and conditions. Goldman has been known to close accounts and black list the account owner from any future account.
