So what is my 'voting limit'? I seem to have reached it an cannot up-vote a response.
It is not about the number of votes alone, but about the number of votes in a given time period. Just wait a bit. For starter level users, this is more restricted to prevent spamming or gaming the system. Higher level users will be less restricted on this. The actual number for the limit may be tweaked and fine-tuned by the Hosts as they see fit. It may be different now than a few months ago.
You won’t gain points for voting on others (or yourself), but others may benefit from your vote for them.
