hi, I’ve read that you can activate Apple Card without the physical card. I followed the prompt but I could not find any option to activate it on my phone (iphone11) is it because it’s not been shipped yet? Thanks

FWIW, in my case Apple sent me a series of emails, when they first mentioned they were replacing my card, another email when the card was shipped, and then a final email stating my card was delivered. After receiving the final email I then had a notification in the Apple Wallet stating "Activate Your Card" I then tapped on the notification and the card was activated.
It was running several weeks because the original launch date was just 5 years ago this month and millions of cards are expiring over the next few months. So, replacing millions of cards, new signups and replacement for lost, damaged and stolen cards is quite a task.
You should have your virtual card in your Wallet app on your iPhone for use with Apple Pay.
Hi, how many days from applying did you receive an email that you’re card had been delivered?
In my case it was a replacement for a card that expired. I received my card 10 days after Apple emailed saying they were replacing it.
