Apple Pay not working on multiple Macs

Hey,

So I tried using my Apple Card (via my iPhone 15) on BOTH my MacBook Air Intel (running 12.7.4 Monterey) AND my Mac mini M2 running the latest version of macOS, every single time I try it gives an error message (see pics). Why is this? It will stay at the "processing" screen on both the iPhone 15 and either Mac for about a minute then say it cannot be processed. This is ridiculous, I had to manually type in the card number and because of that I only got 1% cash back vs the normal 2% I would have gotten had Apple Pay worked.
