How do I lodge a customer complaint with Apple as it related to Apple Card and Goldman Sachs
I opened an account with Apple Card, but I never received a card in the mail.
My apple id is an email that I no longer use regularly.
They were supposed to send my statements to my current email.
I never received a card, and do not even no my card number.
I get called two months later to say that my card was late, and they had suspended my account.
I decided to pay off the account, and I am considering closing it for good.
