Apple Credit Card Confirm Address Not Working

I have received my Apple Credit Card and it is loaded onto my phone. I have actually used it, so I know it is working. However, I would like to have a physical card mailed to me. When I try to confirm my address, I get the “Account Services Unavailable” Message. Apple Pay services are currently unavailable. Please try again later. This has been going on for about 4-5 days now. I’ve logged out of my Apple ID, done a force reset, and logged back in; per what has been recommended elsewhere and it is still not working.
