Your enrollment could not be completed
I contacted staff from Ireland, they told me that my identity could not be verified and they could not go further for any assistance.
I told her I could verify my identity, and tell me what can I do for you. And then they said, it was because of a system issue, they can not do anything.
So I can not enroll into Apple Developer Membership. This does not make any sense to me.
