I posted 2 questions so far and see I have replies, but did not get a notification or the replies. I looked at my profile and see no email or phone number there. Do the notifications go to my iPhone 11 pro? If so where do they show up? In my profile I see that I subscribed to the posts I made.

Log into the forum, click on your circular user profile icon, click on "Preferences" and make sure there is a check mark in front of "Participation" in the "Messages from Apple" section.
The notification of a response to your posts will be sent by email to the email address associated with your Apple ID.
