Hello I'm trying to figure out exactly what the x means for the avatar and the best one also for hardware technical support advisor. When we choose our Avatar I love the white and black and silver x but I really love the cheetah x if someone could help explain if this is just to do with apple like I believe or if this is to do with Twitter I don't believe it is but I just want to double check please and thank you any info as much appreciated.

The avatar you select has no bearing on the kind of help you get. The "X" also has nothing to do with Twitter, by any name. The "X" is the Roman numeral "10" and refers to a version of the macOS.

What will get you the best help is writing a clear post. See here for some good tips:

Also, posting in underlined bold with no punctuation is likely to mean you'll get less help as lots of people simply won't make the extra effort required to read something that is that much more difficult to read.
