I received 6 transactions on Revolut from mobile suica apple tokyo and i was charged about 500 euros. Revolut does not want to do a cashback, please tell me if you were in the same situation and what did you do

Your Revolut account was compromised. Someone used the account to purchased a Suica pass and charged the transaction to your compromised account. Revolut approved the transaction. It’s on them to make any adjustments or refunds. I’d be asking them why they approved fraudulent charges in Japan.
Hello and thank you for your answer. They told me that since my phone was not lost nor did I gave my personal infos, it’s my responsability since the payment was made from apple pay. Did you have a similar issue or do you know anyone that had and that I can contact?
Thank you, I already contacted apple and they told me they can do nothing because they do not even see the transactions. The bank I use is Revolut which is international. But I also do not know their regulations and this is why I needed some more help maybe even from someone who faced similar issues like mine… Revolut does not want to refund me
If you read that entire post, you’ll see it was mostly me responding and there is no solution if Revolut won’t refund or make an adjustment. Reddit I think will offer your best opportunity to reach a different audience and compare notes with other Revolut customers.

I would suggest posting to Reddit. There is a Revolut sub Reddit and that may be your best resource.
