Contacting support via chat
Hello everyone, I'm an italian living in the coast of Kenya and in the last 2 days Safari is not connecting anymore to many websites that I use for work (for example tuttosteopatia.it). Maybe is the last update of Sonoma but I'm not sure.
According to Apple website support, I should go to Nairobi to the official point but Nairobi is about 600 km far from where I live.
The better option for me is to get in contact with an online support, better via chat.
How can I solve my problem avoiding travelling 10 hrs on rough roads with the risk they don't know what to do?
Because Apple product are not the cheapest in the world, I think we the customers deserve better and easier assistance.
Can any of you help me, please?
