I had about 6 purchaeson my apple cash card that i did not purchase. I had all the information and sent it to apple and i received nothing when i called they said oh well apple cash is a separate bank he didnt know at that time why the protocol was but i don't understand im not trying to cheat i have legitimate purchases but others are not anything i can do please

Yes it is correct that Apple Cash uses GreenDot Bank for transactions. Apple is not a bank that can approve/deny charges.

All you can do is try. There are no protections when using Apple Cash like you would have with the Apple Card. Apple Cash is just like giving someone $100 dollars on the street with your recourse being asking them for your money back. Have you contacted the Vape company and asked them for a refund? That would always be the first step no matter what card you used. If you signed up for a subscription, you will need to cancel that subscription with the company. A subscription is a legal contract between you and that company to pay them until you cancel.
When you sent money from Apple Cash to the Vape Company did it go to a business or an individuals name? Did you send the money using Apple Messages app? Did you pay in person or on the merchants website?
Sorry no it was a vape conpaqny and one was a newsletter subscription but it totalled about 100 in July and i don't understand can i call green dot
