Escalation Team at Apple

There is no escalation team at Apple. If you have a question, post it in the forums and we'll do our best to help you solve it or find a workaround.

We are users like you. If you want inside information on how to contact Apple you will have to ask Apple using one of the methods provided in the link I posted.

Depends on the issue. if you are having problems with your device that will need the assistance of an Engineer to review diagnostic logs, then you will be referred.

If you are requesting a refund for an app, you usually get one appeal and after that there is no other escalation possible.

It will be those frontline workers that would escalate a matter if there is an option available.
