iPod Touch deleted books app after reset

I was having an issue with my 6th Gen iPod Touch getting stuck on playing through headphones when none were connected. Following advice from Apple on this site, I reset all settings. Now, the Books app is not accesible, although it is still showing as downloaded. What can I do to fix this?
