Banks use algorithms to detect fraudulent and risky behavior. Your spending and payment patterns have recently matched certain conditions the bank’s algorithm has determined matches certain behaviors. In other words, your activity was suspicious. So, to mitigate the banks risk, they have not immediately credited your available credit. However, your account has been credited the payments.

What few people understand is, your bank has up to 30 days to demand return of the transfer/payment(s). Just because the funds are gone from your bank account doesn’t mean Goldman Sachs has actually been paid.
