i was able to add another ticket but not my own.

Sounds like the merchant had a bad link in the message they sent out. Contact the issuer of the tickets and explain what happened and request a valid link for the other ticket. Apple does not add or delete tickets from Apple Wallet. Only the issuer can add or delete tickets.
How are you trying to add tickets to your Wallet app?
There was a button asking to add to apple wallet. When I pressed it I got that message. When I added the other ticket to apple wallet it was added
