I have an Organisation ID but also need a Reseller number. How do I apply for a reseller number. The local Apple reseller and also AppleCare call center was not able to provide me with the details.

I presume you mean Apple Business Manager. If so, look here:

If you're not an authorized Apple reseller, then you won't have a reseller number of your own. According to the article, that would need to come from the reseller or cell carrier your client purchased ABM through.

For what purpose or program do you need this "reseller number"?
I need to provide my reseller number to my client to grant permission for me to enrol devices into a clients ABM environment.
Remember, you are not asking Apple here but rather other end users. We have no access to that type of Apple function and processes.
