Does the name match exactly your Social Security number and birth certificate?
Do all the addresses match?
Does everything match your application? Does everything match you Apple ID information?
Yes, all details match. And interestingly, the first time I applied, I got approved, but I canceled it by mistake and then I just got an email saying they can't verify the ID information.
