Hello, I have searched many discussions but none are applicable. I have an iticket from an event booking. Independant company. In 'options' I want to add to wallet but there is no such option. Seems my iphone can't edit/add actions? Please advise thanks

You cannot add your ticket with just a simple image, if the issuer does not support.
But you may use some 3rd-party apps to do so, like Pass2U. add the information of your ticket onto a pass, then add to your Apple Wallet.
Tickets, passes, loyalty cards etc. are added at the discretion of the issuing company. If the issuing company supports Apple Wallet and permits tickets to be added, they will email or text you a link or QR code. You may also be able to add tickets via the issuing company’s website or mobile app.

Shortcuts do not have access to the Secure Enclave where tickets, boarding passes, car keys, house keys, hotel room keys etc. are stored. This is a safety and security requirement.
