WellsFargo apple pay not working moot transactions

My debit card seem to load just fine on to my wallet. The problem started immediately as I am in the hospital needing to do online shopping. When I attempt to shop and total out any transaction (I follow the process step by step as WellsFargo dictates as the food is awful here, 1. I keep getting the requirement to scan the upc code. Kind of hard to do when shopping online 2.if I can get around that and total out to pay once again I get msg to enter upc code or scan item or enter debit card information. This I can’t do as I don’t have my new debit card yet and do not know the number as wells doesn’t provide this information nor can I see it in apple pay. I called WellsFargo and they do not see any transactions attempted for several days. It’s almost a though these are not getting through the network THIS IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING.- starving in Charlotte

Not sure what App you’re using but Apple Pay is not a purchase system. There is no requirement to add UPC numbers in Apple Pay. Please contact the support team for the app your using to do your online shopping.,

No I am aware of this. I am probably not explaining myself clearly. My WellsFargo debit card is the payment option I am using. When i right click on my iPhone to use the debit card at the end of the transaction to pay for everything (after totalling out), it requests me to scan a bar code or sku rather than just accepting my debit card and going through the normal end of transaction process. So I am not able to complete any transaction. I talked to wells and they do not see any transactions coming across and there are plenty of funds. These are all online transactions none are in store physical locations

When your order is complete, you must check out. During checkout you should see a button to use Apple Pay, click it. This should bring up the Apple Pay activation screen, which will want you to double click the side button.

Yes. I total the transaction out and use my debit card as tender for the online transaction and I’m asked to scan the debit card. I can’t as it isn’t a physical transaction. I end up canceling the entire transaction
